I gave this to ChatGPT. Someone should read it from the floor of the House or Senate: "Modernize the Declaration of Independence of July 4 1776 by substituting President Donald Trump's actions for the British government's. Create a list of abuses based on what he has done since January 20, 2025."
This is the net step and we need to push this hard. There is no reason NOT to get them now, right. Heck, subpoena the banks themselves for the records.

Trump is saying he won’t sign ANY extension of the Affordable Care Act tax credits.

He is basically ensuring premiums will double or even quadruple for millions of Americans.

And the worst price hikes will be in states Trump won!

And then stopped because the DOJ will say that it cannot release anyhting during an investigation or for national security reasons. But it is a start. Now subpoena the financial records from the banks.
You might not have caught what just happened on the Senate floor, but the Senate just “deemed as passed” the Epstein resolution.

That means as soon as it arrives from the House, it automatically passes the Senate (with no amendments) and heads to the President’s desk.

Wow.

Contact your Senator. Ask them to support the efforts of Dems on the Senate Finance Committee to subpoena the financial records of Epstein. We already know of 100s of millions that transited his accounts but we need to know where they went. There is no reason now for the GOP majority to refuse.
Congress sent a clear message to the White House: Release the Epstein Files.

It should have never taken this long. Why did Trump fight this for months?

CBS has done great reporting on the many questions from Epstein’s death. The destruction of evidence. Moving the body. Unknown phone calls. Multiple access to the room. His roommate being moved out on the day of his death.
Why would Jeffrey Epstein kill himself in jail if he had this much leverage of the one person who could give him a full pardon?

Because basically, underneath all the cosplay and bravado and very real violence, these people are idiots, recruited for this task for that exact reason.

Omg. One of the best I have ever read. And the twist at the end. I both hate the story and need to read part 2. Excellent writer.

Nice to finally see. Still so many more.
Breaking news: Former Democratic treasury secretary Larry Summers is “deeply ashamed” of his years-long communication with Jeffrey Epstein and will be “stepping back from public commitments,” he said in a statement Monday night.

Great when capitalism makes it easy to boycott two companies at the same time😀
Beginning Monday, a Frozen Peppermint Hot Chocolate drink will be available exclusively at Starbucks cafés inside Target stores.

The chains are hoping the drink can drum up excitement from customers this holiday season.

Why he did not do this 3 months ago? Maybe because of the investigation, DOJ will refuse to release anything. But the Oversight Committee could still subpoena financial records, if the GOP there agrees. That would be fun. We may get to the money laundering faster this way. Oligarchs gona panic then.

I'm sure the people of Colorado are counting the days until he leaves. I have found that so many times these people whine and complain, saying they are leaving. But they seldom do because complaining is who they are.
Sat on the chairlift with a dude who just complained about California the whole ride up, says Colorado is going straight to shit and his next move is Idaho. Just reeked of "stupid white asshole."

Gotta love fact checking in real time. Especially when they know the GOP only has one memorized response.
Gotta love how Jon Karl and ABC News had this graphic ready to go *the very moment* that Hassett rolled out his Walmart anecdote.

Showing once again that many fundamentalists really do not follow Christ.
“Someone who says I’m against abortion but is in favor of the death penalty is not really pro-life. And someone who says I’m against abortion but I’m in agreement with the inhuman treatment of immigrants in the United States, I don’t know if that’s pro-life.”
- Pope Leo XIV

What does ‘pro-life’ mean? There’s no one answer – even for advocacy groups that oppose abortion
The term ‘pro-life’ can seem simple – but how Americans and advocacy groups interpret it varies widely.

The Senators on the oversight committee could independently subpoena Epstein’s financial records to follow the money that is where I suspect the real worry is for the oligarchs involved
Odd that the DoJ is opening an investigation into the Epstein files since they said in July that there was no client list and nothing to release.

Evil is what is happening . We will all need to work to suppress the evil that state actors are doing. And to bring the evil doers to justice here in this life
I wanted to share probably the most important sermon I’ve given and it’s while I’m being arrested. It’s torture pure and simple what happens at #Broadview. I’m ok, though I was thrown to the ground and choked with my pectoral cross. A review of the video shows I was peaceful - did I deserve this?

Everything they do is either to terrorize innocents or scam money. Sometimes both.
This is a heist, plain and simple. Just nonstop grift and corruption from this crooked President and his administration.

They're doing nothing to make life more affordable for regular people, but they ARE working overtime to get rich using taxpayer dollars and resources.

Scary shit. Infectious diseases roar back as soon as we take our foot off the brake
One of the best pieces of science journalism of 2025 is Jon Cohen’s terrifying article on how Trump/RFK Jr/their crew of MAGA/MAHA dudes, like Jay Bhattacharya, have dismantled US pandemic preparedness (www.science.org/content/arti...)

Then read Jay’s astoundingly stupid “pandemic prevention plan”😢

There are over 4000 replies to Schumer's message. Not a one that I looked at supported him
The fact him or one of his staffers would post this on *this* platform is yet another sign of how unfit this man is to do anything other than retire.
Democrats have been fighting for months to address America's healthcare crisis

For the millions who will lose coverage
For people with cancer who won't get the care they need
For working families who can't afford to pay $25K more a year for healthcare

We will keep fighting

Funny how those that voted yes do not have to face the voters next year. Not funny at all. These are only the ones who voted to protect the quislings who were too cowardly to stand up and defend their vote. we will deal with them in 2028. Look to ones up for election in 2026 to find the cowards.
November 10, 2025 at 4:18 AM
Schumer and the others fulfilled their Chamberlin "Peace in outr Time."Instead of throwing Poland under the bus, they threw the House Dems who will ALL have to face the voters in 2026, in contrast to most of the cowards in the Senate. Time to get people in leadership who will really fight.
I voted NO. As long as there is still any time left to reverse the MAGA health care hike, I believe we should do everything we can to force Republicans to the negotiating table.
