It’s so American that we might be on track to stick to the “empires fall after 250 years” pop science factoid. Like it’s an average (some lays only 50 some last 1000) and based off kind of oddly defined data at times, but of course we’d be the ones to fulfill it

Great news, everybody! The ACA is materially undermined, no concessions were secured on any other front, and Donald Trump will be able to declare this a personal win. But poor people did starve for about a week there, so there's that.
The Senate has decided the HSA idea from Trump is a win and they're going to do it.

TV shows have started accurately portraying the rage/paranoia/physical violence that can occur w dementia and it killlls me. My dad got it when I was 7, and I’m happy people see it bc for so long everyone thought it just made confused peepaws but I have to stop watching

Mirroring the video here if you don't want to even humor going onto Twitter, but when it gets into the "process" section, there's so many red flags of them lying about the work they put into the commercial that reveal how much of this video is them trying and lying after the fact.
