Here's some greater clarification on image sharing restrictions from TL LtDs website. Essentially transferring images directly to your smartphone and posting to social media are disabled. Auto uploading to the Nintendo Switch app on Switch 2 is also disabled.

Yeah the moment I saw the facepaint feature for Miis and that you could make your own custom islands it didn't take me long to realize that there would be an inevitable flood of literal dick faces and penis lands
