Returned to my roots! As a teen I learned how to draw from one of those How to draw Manga books, an old one from the 90s that was translated form Japanese to Dutch.
I thought it would be fun to revisit my past and explore that style again.

Interesting morning so far. Woke up to my rat cage wide open and one rat missing. Literally only had to call “MISS NIMH” and she ran straight over from the depths of my room and up my leg. I couldn’t train a DOG to have recall that good.

A couple years ago I was in line to meet Don Bluth at a con, and Butch's booth was next to his. While Bluth had a steady stream of people excited to see him, Butch had maybe one person in the 20 minutes or so I was in line. Really speaks volumes.
(Also I'm pretty sure he looked me in the eye)

Of course it was political. But we didn't know that. The takeaway was our sense of ethics & the way we see the world now.
