With Rubio confirming most USAID contracts permanently canceled - what does that mean for PEPFAR?
- about half of PEPFAR funds go thru USAID. so yeah, a big chunk of PEPFAR is gone.
- If PEPFAR is resurrected at State, unclear how you rebuild it very quickly. Bad news for patients.
