Not a lawyer either, but this was my thought, too. Be careful out there because self-defense doesn't seem to apply when the aggressor is a government agent.
I'm not a lawyer, but people who resist cops that bust into their house in the middle of the night with a no-knock warrant get charged all the time. You not knowing it's a cop won't save you from being punished for attacking a cop. The system is set up to protect cops, not us.

It may not be soon, but this regime will one day answer for its lawlessness and injustice, if only before the Almighty.
The shooting is shocking enough but the government's response is off the charts when you consider that this incident is forensically documented on video.
