@carolecadwalla.bsky.social discusses how Thiel, Musk et al have taken over the UK govt data--and our US personal data too. Recall how Doge took over the IRS? Palantir has all our data now, along with US military and ICE and other govt. surveillance contracts. WTAF?!

Catching up with Netflix 'Filthy Rich' and suddenly poor Virginia Giuffre is speaking eloquently about her abuse and trafficking at the hands of Epstein+ his oligarch friends.

Had to turn it off.

It's sickening.

Just hoping the Epstein Files bringsl the whole evil lot down.
There's a lot of commentary on the Epstein files, to say the least, but this, by @mattcarr.substack.com, is well worth your time: mattcarr.substack.com/p/the-damp-s...

If he can speak up on behalf of you and me and make a rational case for a #WealthTax on the obscenely rich why the f*ck can’t Labour?

Because they’re owned — locked stock and well scraped barrel — by those same elites that resent chipping in.

HMRC won't admit how much tax is lost offshore.

Major corporations dodge taxes by shifting profits to low/no tax jurisdictions. Wealthy use offshore havens.

Opacity means HMRC, Govt and tax abuse industry can't be held to account.

Normal people pay more in tax.
