What we need is a menu option to turn on cheats. No more twisting yourself into a pretzel to get unlimited ammo/infinite health/one shot kill. Just turn that mofo on with a toggle and oooff yooou gooo!

More games should have a cowardly baby mode. More games should let me suffer less consequences for dying or mistakes. Should have a "I just want the story" mode. Games should not pride themselves on "look how difficult we are".

1. "talent" is a gatekeeping mechanism that has created a culture of professionalism that is no less of an ivory tower than academia, a moralized proxy for access to time, training, money.
2. being poor means having to make hard choices like:
[a] drawing something yourself in a way society would call "bad" (i.e. unprofessional)
[b] sacrificing resources you don't have to pay a real artist what they're worth (or learn yourself)
[c] not doing it at all, or
[d] using AI.

My current strategy when it comes to upcoming media is to get it all out my system before it's actually released. Press materials? We stan. Set leaks? Here for it. Wardrobe test? Instant fanart.
That way if the media sucks (as it often does), at least I got a few good months of hype out of it 💅😂

This is definitely in the same vein as shadowrunner but I will argue it's much better defined and more flattering. Problem with SR outfit (IMO) is too many details of a similar colour, which makes the design muddy. The thin line between sleek and weak 😂

This opening and the first season were FIRE as far as 9 year old me was concerned 🔥🔥🔥
OTOH season 2 reverted back to being closer to the original cartoon (which to kid-me was always corny D-tier type stuff) so I tuned out... Just felt very outdated in the 90s cartoon landscape.
