Finished my rewatch of Primal and caught up with the eps I missed from S2.
What a ride, going from a land of Dinosaurs, Giant Bats/Spiders, to Zombie Dinos in S1 to the early dawn of ancient civilization ending with Spear defeating a demonic powered Viking and his legacy continuing after his death.

The team actually gave me plenty of time to finish the whole piece. I just didn’t finish it on time, and in the end I only had three days left. That was completely my mistake.

I'm gonna share a thread of photos from this book from 1982, which is basically an official fan encyclopedia for Part 1. Otsuka did the cover art, and said basically "I tried to draw them like Part 1 but it's been 10 years so it's hard to do." The text here is just machine translation. #lupiniii

This is why a certain response a few days ago downplaying how bad Hellaverse fans get bullied angered me.
The fact that an artist who did official merch even made this, shows how bad the hate is, idc how valid any criticism is you do not harass people.

I can't help but thing the Eyes in hell are a combination of Sauron's Eye and the Eye of Providence.
It's similar to Sauron in that this is the eye of possibly the Big Bad of the series
To the Eye of Providence, it's a counterpart to it, the all-seeing eye of the Root of All Evil

i still remember seeing the commercials for when this show aired and it was definitely a show we may never get again on Disney (could be wrong, but their record speaks volumes).
I hope Alex is able to keep this story going in any form they choose the Book of Bill and journals were all great.
