Finland fines traffic tickets by income. So, a millionaire speeding over the speed limit is fined considerably more than a waitress going the same speed. Making them both feel the same financial pain for the same offence. Seems fair to me.

Can't scream this loud enough. This is not voter security. It is disenfranchisement of women and the poor.
It costs money to get a passport, reissue birth certs, & renew Real ID, SAVE ACT costs $.
This is an illegal poll tax & unconstitutional under the 24th amendment. The constitution is also very clear that each individual state runs their own elections free from federal government interference.
