I don't know if this is an autistic-brain thing, but one of the thing that really freaks me out about the current reality is that I really deeply and fundamentally don't understand why anyone would ever choose cruelty over problem-solving.

Occasional reminder that there’s no, “it’s too late, its over” for anthropogenic climate change. Every molecule of CO2 that doesn’t go into the atmosphere makes a difference. Preventing 0.1 degree of warming makes a difference. Every bit of climate resilience we build together makes a difference.

The meat industry is just vile. Intelligent sensitive mothers treated as though they don’t feel pain and fear and love for their babies . It’s despicable and shameful that humans treat other species in this way 😔 🤬
Mother pigs spend most of their lives trapped in crates so tiny they can’t even turn around. This is standard practice in the meat industry.

Deciding to NOT harm innocent animals is what veganism is about. It's not a charitable act like volunteering at the soup kitchen or picking up litter. Charitable acts are optional kind gestures, but not hurting others is a moral obligation.
