Horror reference books are my fave to read; opinions/thoughts on new and old genre flicks is my jam. In that spirit I wrote A CUT BELOW and amazing legends like Gale Anne Hurd, Joe Dante, and Clay McLeod Chapman say it's nice and good. #Booksky

Nia DaCosta's follow-up is a richer and even more daring examination of the best bits about 28 YEARS LATER, with an all-time Ralph Fiennes performance and killer soundtrack.
Review: Nia DaCosta's 28 YEARS LATER: THE BONE TEMPLE is a Splendid Step-Up from Its Predecessor - Daily Dead
Nia DaCosta can, and continues to, do it all. Months ago, she released Prime Video’s elegant awards-season hopeful, Hedda. Before that, she entered the Marvelverse. Now, she makes Danny Boyle and Alex...

How much do I love director William Girdler? Let me count the ways: his sense of grandeur in the face of modest budgets, his good naturedly humorous takes on the genre, his willingness to pay “homage”...

Mike Sacks’ bizarre books and podcasts have drawn a cult following among celebrities from Jon Hamm to Bob Odenkirk. And if you don’t know his name, well, that’s entirely his fault.
