The immigration consultation clearly led to punitive conclusions. Adding 10-20 years extra uncertainty for already vulnerable groups is NOT about "fairness". It will gut the care sector. Personally, it affects my partner heading to retirement. Her firm cocked up her visa in 2020 so the clock resets.
