UPDATE/SCOOP:

An FBI affidavit used to seize 2020 election ballots from Georgia's Fulton County omitted key findings from state investigators that undercut many questions about wrongdoing, an @npr.org analysis finds.

The FBI seizure of Georgia 2020 election ballots relies on debunked claims
An FBI investigation of the 2020 election in Fulton County, Ga., was initiated by a lawyer who aided President Trump's unsuccessful efforts to overturn that election, an unsealed affidavit says.

U.K. might lose a prime minister because a guy who worked for him knew another guy who hung out with Epstein. Meanwhile the U.S. opposition party is telling our President, who was Epstein's best friend, that his secret police should get better training so their public street murders look less messy.

With a few exceptions, the items in this list are already the law. Republicans are saying it’s unrealistic for Trump’s goons to follow the law.
Here's what Republicans think is "unrealistic"

1) Need a judicial warrant to enter private property
2) Require verification that someone is not a US citizen before sending them to immigration detention
3) No masks
4) No secret police: Officers must have ID
5) Keep enforcement away from
Senate Majority Leader John Thune said Thursday that demands made by Democrats for new restrictions on federal immigration officers are “unrealistic” and warned that the Department of Homeland Security will shut down next week if they do not work with Republicans and the White House.

They’re taking kids from Minnesota and sending them to detention camps. They’re shooting American citizens in the street and locking investigators out of the crime scenes. The world is watching what happens next.

Trump and MAGA are trying to justify the execution of Alex Pretti with a video showing him kicking out a gov’t car’s tail light a week earlier. By their standard, the Jan 6 insurrectionists who vandalized the Capitol (but committed no other crimes) deserved to be summarily executed. Their logic.

Q: Can you be specific about how many ICE and CBP agents are currently operating in the state?

HOMAN: 3,000. There's been some rotations. They've been in theater a long time. Day after day, can't eat in restaurants, people spin on you, blowing whistles at you. But my main focus now is draw down

The harmful propaganda narrative “pivot” the “tone shift” is now 2nd order. Today NYT devotes 4 journalists & its front page to #sanewash the Trump/MAGA demolition of peace/order in US cities to discuss & reinforce “tone shift”.

ICE/CBP still roving and terrorizing cities.

AGSulzberger’s NYT continues to fail democracy w/another #FrontPage failure.
#sanewashing

Reality: Minnesota citizens rise up to fight against tyranny & masked agents killing people -> defeat regime propaganda

NYT: Trump-centric inside politics “softened tone”. Not centering the heroes / cause.

More evidence Trump isn’t changing course on mass deportations. Also, the feds can’t “commandeer” state law enforcement resources to execute their policies.

Rittenhouse had a rifle which he brandished, Pretti had a pistol he kept holstered. Rittenhouse shot and killed two people while Pretti didn’t shoot anyone. For that, Rittenhouse became a cause celebre on the right, meeting with Trump at Mar-a-Lago, speaking at TPUSA events, and raising big money.

It's not quite the most pressing issue at the moment, but the American people absolutely have a right to know the names of the federal officials who shot and killed a man peacefully protesting, who was on his knees, prone in the street when they shot him in the back.
