The problem for women in NZ has always been cis men & the lack of consequences for them if they commit SA/DV/abuse - especially men in positions of power at work or in sports.Their prospects, potential, promotions, reputations, businesses come 1st - it’s said out loud, it’s not even a secret. #nzpol

I'm really confused TPM have infighting & suddenly it's "Māori aren't ready for parliament"
There are many "pākeha" based parties & them all fighting internally & externally doesn't get framed as "pakeha aren't ready for parliament"
Why do too many consider only pakeha allowed diversity of thought?

I still have never looked if I'm counted in this as one of many casual contract zero hour employed people. Having an open ended fulltime employment contract with a single company seems a lot less common anymore.
