I was told by a male detective the case would still be 50/50 regarding a conviction, that 99% of cases he saw didn't make court. "Let's just get you ACC help, but honestly the guy feels bad about it, so how about you go easy on him because its near christmas". 2/2

Anything that restricts teens to only what their parents want them told about the world can be itself dangerous. Teaching kids how to navigate the online world as safely as they can is getting close enough to the same realm as teaching them to use say public spaces. Guide them appropriately.
