My other gripe today is that I complained to CrossCountry because they sent a v short train at rush hour & it was dangerously busy.
Their response basically implied that I'm selfish to want a longer train - it deprives others

Ok so we are looking to move in about a month right.
I tried to book a viewing for Weds and the letting agent *declined* because we aren't looking to move immediately‽
Allowing for 2 weeks for paperwork, the difference seems negligible. So annoying.
