Anyone familiar with the native godot .blend integration? Can't manage to get vertex colors to export properly even though it works in .gltf export. Looks like it comes from the settings used for the auto-conversion into .gltf but I can't find where I could change those... Help appreciated 🙏

Did a simple thread with some examples of how you may want to consider framing and cropping your renders to get a lot more out of your work if yea interested in that kind of thing.
3d artist you don’t need to stick to the video sizes that are default, why do landscape when portrait will work better, why do wide when you have loads of empty dead space making your work smaller on screen? Make them square and make your work the focus.

Got my hands on Vanquish after having it sit in my dormant memory for over a decade and some change

The games mechanics and movement feel unbelievably smooth when you get a good grasp on them. You'll be moving around and feeling so cool to a good OST that you'll forget the games writing is mediocre

another blender mapping tip - the quickest vanilla way to call Follow Active Quads is Right Click + F in the UV panel. it lets you continue a tiling texture from active face to newly extruded walls

if the active face is not a rectangle just make it into one by running Unwrap on it first

little more progress on that CS 1.6 FAMAS retexture, almost done now - just needs a few more details and a bit of final polish here and there. really happy with how well it's turned out considering i'm using the default UVs which aren't amazing
