Three things I just learned in rapid succession
1) giant anteater skulls are like long tubes, not cartilage
2) their tongues are mostly attached to their sternum, not their hyroid like most animals
3) their lower jaws split with a ligament that allows them to rotate outwards, not down

Tonight my MIL and I are at the town meeting in Medford, because my wife is the deputy clerk and my best friend is the town clerk, and we wanted to see how it works.
There are 200 people in this town. There's around ten people at the meeting. Everyone knows each other, I love small towns

Real talk, there's so much happening at this month's WI in Denver that I wish I had been a part of planning. It looks promising.
Also real talk - I'm so curious as to whether there's a new person doing the work I had been, or if they've split the work off or just made it everyone's problem or what.

if this is just a somewhat more powerful switch with one or two new features that’s really all i want. consumer tech has already peaked for the foreseeable future and all innovation is doing is eroding things and making them worse. just slap on a port that makes a new fun clicky sound and ship it

if this is just a somewhat more powerful switch with one or two new features that’s really all i want. consumer tech has already peaked for the foreseeable future and all innovation is doing is eroding things and making them worse. just slap on a port that makes a new fun clicky sound and ship it
