it's been getting hard to log onto bluesky exactly because of this so i've decided that i will force myself to stay here a little bit more than im comfortable with (it is important to be informed). but i will also try to listen to my body telling me it's distressing and stop.
i struggle so much with the balance between keeping up with the news and being politically engaged vs hating the state of the world and wanting to die
