Dads in the basement at 11:30pm after everyone else has gone to bed
Is there a reason the Phillies are doing whatever they're doing instead of placing Castellanos on waivers?

I don't think we need to stretch this story past season 3

I still can't get over this. It seems safe to assume anything with a fucking camera has "residual data" saved somewhere
Investigators said there no was video available in the Savannah Guthrie case. But, Google engineers managed to recover it.

The video came from "residual data" located in backend systems. Even without a Cloud subscription, Nest saves around 3 hours of “event-based” video history before "deletion."
How Google played a key role in recovering the video from Nancy Guthrie’s cameras | CNN Business
A major breakthrough in the Nancy Guthrie case largely came down to Google’s technical expertise, a person familiar with the investigation told CNN.

Here's to hoping the screening age gets lowered from 45 to 40
I'm 38. Had weird bowel movements and gastro stuff, got a colonoscopy, was clean, thank God. Better to check, more and more folks in our age cohort getting colorectal cancer. More fiber, be observant and mindful, and, if you're able, be willing to get anything strange checked.
James Van Der Beek, who has been battling cancer, has died.

He was 48.

You know in Charlie Brown when he throws a pitch and it gets so hard he goes flying over the ball
Is it a good thing or a bad thing the Rockies signed the guy who gives up more homers than anyone else and whose secondary pitches all get walloped? It’s neither, it’s just a very funny experience. It’s time to adjust what you believe is possible
