More "wizard car". A moment of invited introspection... (16/?)
Page 15 of a pencil sketchbook. Panel 1: The mechanitch is pinching the bridge of her nose to try and ground herself in the intensity of her response. The wizard, off-screen, says "sorry. i-- hold that thought." as the gunstaff (also off-screen) continues to ring like a telephone. Sparkles gently waft out of the scroll tube. Panel 2: The mechanitch has had enough, and sets herself falling backwards. Meanwhile, the ringing suddenly becomes a klik, then a new voice is introduced. It says "Hello~! Cavalier Occulting Inventory Speaking!" Panel 3: A large from-above view of the mechanitch hitting the ground on her back with a WHUMP, clutching the scroll tube in both hands. Her hair is a mess and there is tension in her brow. She is slowly tuning out the conversation taking place nearby, with the speech bubbles becoming darker and darker shaded, and obstructed by her elbow - but the dialogue that *can* be read goes like this: The wizard leads, saying "hey, this is Mg. erstwham." In response: "Aggie! Hii! What Can I Do You For?" "-fraid it's another long distance, mikh. can you charge a writing desk to my corporate account?" "Of Course Dear! Please Hold!" Page 16 of a pencil sketchbook. There are no borders to the panels - this is a largely cerebral, isolating, and contemplative page. The first visual on the page is the mechanitch lying on her back in the same pose as the previous page, right next to her bag and the front bumper of the epynomous wizard's car. There are two apparent conversations - one between the wizard and the staff, which has speech bubbles entirely shaded in black with no visible text content, and another with a pair of strange speech bubbles which are similar to the mechanitch's. The first speaker has only the vertical sides and corners of the bubble, and says "Hey, sweetheart. You there?" After a beat, the second speaker remarks "...hey." in a speech bubble with only horizontal sides and corners. First: "You holding up okay?" Second: "What do you think?" with emphasis on the "you". First: "I mean." (beat) "I can feel this tension. But I'm asking you." The second visual is a silhoutte, again from above, of the mechanitch in the same pose. In her head is a bold-edged circle in a vortex, patterned with vertical lines. In the location hearts are generally placed in fiction, off-center in her chest, is a bold-edged seven-pointed star, inside a squiggle, patterned with horizontal lines. The conversation continues, starting with Second, who cascades into "...bad. bad bad bad bad b", with the bads becoming sketchier with each repeat. First interrupts with "Yeah." After a beat, "Feel what you need to." This is IMMEDIATELY followed by a horizontal-edged speech bubble overflowing with genuinely chaotic squiggles. Imagine a bad sensory experience - asemic speech, pure noise. First's only response is another "Yeah." After a moment, First follows up with "She's not all bad." THIS breaks the squiggle - the line leads into an only slightly messy horizontal-edged bubble saying "she's not?" First responds, "Couldn't you tell? She wanted to make us laugh." Second only hesitates with a "..." in turn.

Bought a sketchbook. Trying to rekindle my creative juices. Here's "wizard car" (2/?)
A black and white comic, done in pencil in a sketchbook. Panel 1: A distant view of a road running through a barren desert. There are a handful of large clouds in the sky, a sign in the distance, a mountain even further down the road, and a loopdeloop in the other direction. There is a broken down car and some sort of encampment with smoke coming off it. Down the road past the sign, there is a small dust trail being kicked up. Floating in the sky are the words '"wizard car" by viv g'. Panel 2: a close up of a bearded person's face. They are wearing a big shaded hat and slightly oversized sunglasses balanced on their knobbly nose. Reflected in the sunglasses are the broken down car from panel 1 (with the hood popped open and apparently no wheels), and a look further down the road towards the oncoming dust cloud. Panel 3: a close-up of what appears to be a motorbike, with a jumpsuited person wearing gloves riding it (and fast). The motorbike(?) has a strange inscription on the side, and no front wheel is visible - instead, a cylinder is mounted underneath in a bracket, with what appears to be woodgrain on the end of that cylinder. Page 2 of a sketchbook, with a black and white comic done in pencil. Panel 1: A wide shot of what we thought was a motorbike and its rider. It's actually a motorBROOM - a combination of modern motorbike and witches' broom. Smoke gently pours off of the bristles as it stops, with the jumpsuited rider placing one boot on the ground gently. There is another, different inscription on the other side of the motorbroom's gas tank, and a container box behind the seat. We can see that the rider is wearing both a backpack and a striped helmet with a wing on it. Panel 2-4: a short sequence of the rider taking their helmet off, revealing a feminine disposition, robust nose and bangs covering a single eye. In the 4th panel she says "Mg. Erstwham, reg. ex-heich-twenty-six, zee-bee-five?" In a rounded-rectangle speechbubble. Panel 5: The wizard takes a moment to look at the rider, with both in silhouette save for the wizard's sunglasses. The wizard was in the middle of taking a puff from a truly gigantic bong with lead, which is what was causing the smoke in panel 1 of the previous page - they've been here a while. Panel 6: Two shots of the wizard. The first is of them coughing terribly with the onomatopoeia "KOFF KOFF KOFF". The second is the first good look we get at them - elven pointy ears, a big-ass cloak, and droopy hat. In a hexagonal speechbubble, with additional "koff"s behind it, the wizard states "this is she.", all in lowercase. Up until this point, the reader has been led to believe this character is a man. Examine your biases!

Three pages to make up for it! God I hope this upload works. "wizard car" is back baby, awouuu (14/?)
Page 12 of a pencil sketchbook. Panel 1: Through the wizard's POV, we see her pulling a strange tool out of the car's driver side doorway. On one end is a crystal slightly bigger than her fist would be, held in place by helical tendrils of carved wood. The other end is a rifle stock with visible woodgrain pattern. She grasps it both sides of the center mechanism, a milled iron chamber with ironsight above and trigger below. Panel 2: All else fades away. The wizard clicks her gunstaff in half, exposing the loading chamber. A few sparks fly out. Panel 3 is an extended sequence of the wizard loading the gunstaff with a little glass capsule. It initially focuses on her holding the capsule by her dark nails, which contains a fairy resembling a stick insect; it's not the focus of the panel, but you can also see that she has self harm scars on the forearm exposed by holding the hand up. The stick-fairy declares, in a terrible approximation of cursive: "Hello there! I'm a Tiny Leyline Model! I'm here to help!" The wizard retorts "no ya ain't" as she pushes its capsule into the chamber. It responds "My mistake! You're correct, I'm" and then is immediately cut off by the harsh, crunching action of closing the chamber on the capsule. Subtlety is dead. Page 13 of a pencil sketchbook. Panel 1 is an inset inside panel 2, of the wizard getting in an intimidating pose and aiming the gunstaff. Vapour wafts off of the crystal at the end, and the curly hair on her lower leg is exposed from underneath the cloak she's been wearing this entire time. One of her sunglasses' lenses shows a targeting reticule - she's not using the ironsight. The crystal pokes out of the panel, as she incants "seraphine occultancy art -". Panel 2 is another perspective, focusing on the mechanitch - she has been lost in thought this entire time, but snaps out of it with the first words of the spell. She turns her head quickly to face the wizard, hair following behind, a look of abject fear on her face. A little further away, out of her view, a weak, formless shape starts appearing on the dusty ground. Panel 3 is a close-up of the wizard, hat's brim over the tops of her sunglasses. One lens continues to have the reticule in it, but you can also - barely - see her eye visible behind it, for the first time in this many pages. In the other lens, the reflection shows the formless ground shape continue to produce vapor, while the mechanitch - clearly spooked - scooches backwards out of firing range. The wizard continues, with great emotion on her face ambiguously reminiscent of both grin and snarl, "- grant me telesubstantiation and the wisdom of deltas -" Panel 4 is a close view of the gunstaff's woodgrain stock and chamber, with the trigger front and center. With an understated click of the trigger, the wizard punctuates the spell - "AZURMES FAX MACHINA!!" Page 14 of a pencil sketchbook. Panel 1 is a wide shot of the state of affairs. The wizard remains in her intimidating, gunstaff-firing pose, the car behind her. The mechanitch is extremely tensed up, having scooted backwards but not been able to get up. In each hand she's holding both her bag - dragged out of percieved line of fire - and the scroll tube, which she was already holding. The formless shape on the ground where the wizard was pointing her gun has clarified itself into something akin to a summoning circle, with shifting lines. It will continue to rotate every panel it is visible in. The wizard's staff intones, in a voice not unlike an answering machine: "Please. Dial. A. Line.", with each word in its own rectangular textbox. Panel 2 is compositionally identical to panel 1. Now that the apparent danger has passed, the mechanitch has let the tension out of most of her limbs - but continues to hold the scroll tube aloft, subconciously inluenced by the wizard's previous suggestion to give the associated deime extra respect. She screams "YOU POINTED A- A LOADED STAFF AT ME?!??!", speech bubble obscuring the wizard's face as she uses a single finger to interact with a holographic dial floating near the crystal on the end. For at least the rest of the page, underneath the wizard and mechanitch's conversation, the staff will continue to speak the digits the wizard is dialing. The number is not important to the narriative - it begins with a 5 in loose homage to all those 555 area codes in US media - but it is noteworthy how one of the digits spoken is "Del". Panel 3 is another wizard closeup. Unlike the previous page, any view at her nature has clearly closed off. The lenses are perfectly reflective, and her face is placid, neutral. One lens shows only hand to dial digits into the holographic dial. She speaks, "not at you. next to you. thought you'd appreciate it." The mechanitch responds"WHAT DO YOU THINK", with underline emphasis on the THINK.

Half update because I spent the weekend cuddling pals (11/?)
Page 11 of a pencil sketchbook. Panel 1: The mechanitch is holding the open scroll canister one handed, and pointing to it with the other. She says "Oh, is that what you're worried about? Your car isn't that old, they started using hardpap in the 30's." Panel 2: The wizard walks by, and the mechanitch's eyeliner follows her with a questioning look. The wizard says "that's not what i mean." with an emphasis on "not". Panel 3 is a wider shot, the mechanitch kneeling in front of the car while holding the canister in both hands. The wizard is reaching inside the open driver's side door, though the reflection on the windshield makes it impossible to see what she is doing. The wizard says "you just told me my car's been disrespectin' this Lady. doesn't make sense to give Her less than the best!" The mechanitch is looking away from the wizard and her car with a lost in thought heavy expression. It's unclear whether she's focusing on the abandoned bong lead that the wizard has, somewhat hypocritically, in her haste let fall to the ground and get sandy.

New original Cobra character Robert "Forwardjump" Shortjump. His ability is Dynamite, which is his half brother and deadly enemy's single weakness. Due to his trademark "dynastep" technique he has really fucked knees and ankle. He works in volcano.

Just an absolutely mangled image of a G.I. Joe. It's been mostly put through a negative filter and the angle and crop aren't doing it any favours. It is challenging to parse.
