Nancy Reagan warned us... Just say no to catnip...
(this was before Mars started frantically rolling around in the remains of her catnip, leapt from her chair, ran out of the room and across the house, back again to roll around on her chair then meow at the laser printer.)

...sure would be sad if state LE identified a couple of these ICE folks as felons in possession of firearms, etc.
ICE is hiring convicted criminals, as well as people that can't pass an open book exam or pass a drug test. This is based on 200 people let go after they were hired and training began. Smart bet is its the tip of the iceberg.

Carney: "We can't control the trade policy of the US. We recognize it has fundamentally changed from the policy in the 1980s, 1990s, 2000s, & it's a situation where US has tariffs against every trading partner... what we we can control is developing new partnerships, including w/econ giants of Asia"

Today, Mike Johnson will keep the House adjourned for the 81st day out of the last 93.

12 days of work in over 3 months.

With full pay and benefits.

The senate has been working, so this is not about the shutdown.

It is about avoiding a vote to release the Epstein files.

Here’s the original clip of Ronald Reagan from April 25, 1987, where he delivered a complete and total rebuke against tariffs. Trump's calling Reagan’s words here “FAKE” and “fraudulent.” They’re 100% real. And the original clip is actually far worse for Trump, as much is left out of the ad:

Republicans say they care about federal workers, but today they blocked my bill to pay ALL federal workers, servicemembers, and contractors and stop Trump’s illegal firings.

I hope they’ll join us to get our public servants paid — but not in a way that lets Trump turn around and fire them anyway.
My bill would pay ALL federal workers during the shutdown. Republicans blocked it.
