I don’t know if I’ve ever felt this depressed on a business trip. Last time I was here I was part of a great team of people. I’ve been going out to dinner with those ex-coworkers while I’m here.

Today turned into a nearly full mental health day off. I was in bed most of day listening to an audio book. I made a few changes to schedules that will hopefully reduce such bad Monday drop.

Monday blues plus seasonal blues combine to a darkness. I think I need to change my schedule so I’m not alone Monday mornings. Waking up at the farm with both my partners would make a big difference.
