A reminder:
Good consultants will tell you when something is outside of their expertise/cultural experience rather than guess at answers. Communities are not monoliths. Most will know where to find an expert on that topic.

The fact that @neilhimself.neilgaiman.com took time to double check subtitles for season one personally says a lot. I wish every writer cared this much about #accessibility - subtitles are important, narrative descriptions are important, access to content is important
I know. It's appalling. On Season 1 I double-checked and signed off on the captions and the translation script. For Season 2 I was on strike, and fixing subtitles is writing.

Sadly another year, where a potential "game of the year" did not prioritise accessibility.
I love #BaldursGate3 a lot. But for a lot of disabled players, it's another game they have to struggle to play.
