A better commentary on this would be any state intervention that is created to harm trans people ultimately harms everyone. That is why we don't create hate policy that becomes state violence that follows the hundred year old fascist playbook.

Every university should be treated as a Corporation in full compliance and in collusion with the Corporatocratic US Govt. We can no longer afford to be surprised when the University itself is the enemy.
This is actually insane. Instead of issuing a statement about how they will protect their students from Ice they're issuing statements about how they will harm them.
Columbia has edited a webpage to specify what circumstances justify allowing ICE into buildings without a warrant: “Exigent circumstances (for example, the risk of imminent harm to people or property)…”

i've noticed since the ceasefire//& the Trump admin started gutting social safety nets and civil rights infrastructure, people aren't talking about the ongoing genocidal campaign of the IOF in Palestine but these devastations are part of the same conversation. there is no justice without Palestine
For your information, “phase one” of the ceasefire deal came to an end today. Negotiations for “phase two” have barely begun. Why they don’t want to go to “phase two”? Because it means israel will withdraw its forces from Gaza completely, which they don’t want to do.
