If Democrats ever want to take America back from Trump and his cronies, here are eight things they must do. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uzc5...
What Democrats SHOULD Be Doing

“The relationships among the organizations matter because many top national security officials view trust and reliability as paramount to sharing critical information with allies — vital for communication between agency directors, and hard to restore once lost.”

“It was a jarring introduction to Mr. Patel’s leadership style for British officials. They had long forged personal ties with their U.S. counterparts, as well as with three other close allies, in an intelligence partnership known as the Five Eyes.”

“The sentencing of the man, Jonathan Braun, who had a long history of violence and in 2011 pleaded guilty to drug trafficking and money laundering, demonstrates how Mr. Trump’s handling of pardons and commutations has allowed some convicts to return to criminality.”
A felon whose sentence Trump commuted in the final hours of his first term has been sentenced to 27 months in prison after being accused of a range of criminal conduct — including physical and sexual assault — since Trump freed him.

Voters want a Democratic Party that fights back against the forces that have rigged the system and made their lives more difficult.

A party that comforts the afflicted and afflicts the comfortable —not a party that buckles and capitulates.

When will party leadership learn this lesson?

Even if the Senate voted to extend ACA subsidies, the GOP-controlled House is unlikely to allow a vote on them.

And there's of course no guarantee that Trump would even go along with a deal.

The cruel irony is that this will end up hurting Republican states the most.

Unless they are shoved out of the way, the cowardly capitulations will continue.

Until there is nothing left to fight for.

The establishment democrats have repeatedly shown they do not have the wherewithal to repel the fascist onslaught of Trump and the oligarchs.

They helped get us into this mess, one cowardly capitulation at a time.

They are not the ones to lead us out of it.

In short, democrats got nothing for their betrayal. Zilch. All they did was send working class Americans into a rage-filled tailspin.

And now, even when republicans hold firm and millions lose their healthcare, people will be hard pressed to rally behind a feckless democratic leadership.

For what?

Extending SNAP? The courts were already pushing for it.

Rehiring federal workers? Congress cannot force Trump to do it. He’ll fight it all the way.

A “promise” to vote on ACA subsidies? Republicans are under less pressure now than they were last week to keep the subsidies alive.

They watched Trump fight the courts to withhold SNAP.

His reckless cruelty was becoming apparent to members of his own cult.

So what did Democrats do with this newfound momentum?

Yesterday, they doused it in gasoline and lit it on fire.

Momentum is a real thing.

Democrats finally had some, after massive turnouts for #NoKings and resounding wins in both red and blue states last week.

The majority of the country, rightfully so, held Trump and the GOP accountable for the government shutdown.

From street marches to court battles to the ballot box - we’ve challenged the power of this exceptionally unpopular president.

The lesson from each success we've had is that we need to ramp the political pressure up, always up, not back down, now more than ever.

Absolutely foolish, nonsensical, and weak line of “attack” against the Affordable Care Acts.

It improved the lives of 24 million people who didn’t have insurance.

It didn’t do a single thing to worsen the already highly disorganized dynamics of American Healthcare.
