In any normal political era, the president sharing an incredibly racist video would dominate the news cycle. These days, it's just what people expect.

Depending on the book, I'd go with either a show or a game. Some of my series seem very well-suited to be adapted into RPGs.

I keep hearing the same argument from MAGA:
"What about all the citizens murdered by illegals".
Then get a warrant and go arrest them!
Don't patrol the streets terrorizing everyone, arresting children at schools and US citizens because you don't know who to arrest. See the difference?

The news is an endless cycle of horrors. So many of us have literally watched multiple videos of real people being killed.
Then somehow we're just supposed to get up and go to work like none of this is happening. We go out in public and wonder how many people around us ae absolutely fine with this.

I feel like there are problems with both the "midterms will solve everything" crowd and the "voting doesn't matter anymore" crowd. We need to vote, and we need to be ready for the possibility that voting won't matter anymore.

I think it’s important to point out: ICE does NOT have the same authority as a police officer. They do NOT have the power to enforce laws, only to engage in their specific tasks.
IE: they don’t do traffic, etc. impeding traffic is not a penalty ICE can enforce against
