This is very funny because I've been banging on the crime reduction story all year, *particularly* in Chicago prior to federal intervention, which Trump and flunkies have been calling a crime-ridden hell hold.

This is probably the most depressing thing I’ve read today and I think it’s a sentiment shared by a lot of fans. It sucks that FIFA has decided to make the games so inaccessible to normal people.
Man I remember being so excited when the US was picked as a host country and Seattle seemed likely to get games. Now it's clear there was no point in that excitement. These games were never going to be for me.
