This is an excellent and important post - I linked it on Sunday to my large audience of mainline/liberal Christians. This is of particular concern to non-Trumpian pastors, whose congregations & people will be disproportionally impacted by attacks on Social Security, Medicaid, and Medicare.
I agree with the writer that progressives should absolutely invest in improving customer experience. Its a good promise, but I am not sure it changes civic beliefs. OTOH, progressives should be shouting from the rooftops about how Trump will damage services.
