Also, the One Piece anime adapts the manga, which has over 1000 chapters & is a long running anime (until the next season where it's finally switching to seasonal). As such, you could also read the manga

Well Riverdale was just a bad idea period. As far as St Elsewhere... it'd say that was just mid. It wasn't a bad twist ending, but it just worked better for something like Newhart.

The police are incompetent, so the detective - who is NOT police and may not even work with them - who has to clean up the mess they made of the investigation.
