WHAT I INTENDED TO DO during my staycation this week was to finish my last commission so I could help gestate this egg and raffle off the baby so we could help what is going on in Minneapolis and elsewhere BUT THE HORRORS ARE REALLY HORRIBLE and I've crocheted like 10 stitches in the last 3 days

Here is a video of a frozen creek that had begun to thaw, and the water was flowing beneath the thin ice on top. I took this because it was soothing and wonderfully bloopy and I wanted to listen to it for hours. You are all welcome to enjoy it, too. Let your brain settle here and rest for a moment.

I have a week off next week (my Christmas gift from my boss) and I hope I have the gift of attention span. I want to finish the one commission I have left so I can continue down my list. I also need to finish some things I owe my sister! The horrors make it hard to focus!
