He increased like a quarter of an inch last night. I got him a fresh jar and I'm now feeding him at a 1:2:2 ratio to see if that helps him from getting acidic by the end of the day since I'm not around to feed him twice a day. Fingers crossed he starts doubling in size soon so I can cook him!
