People with strong voices and strong opinions. Chris Jansing could use a stronger backbone. Andrea Mitchell's slot could use one of these voices. The fact that they allowed Ali Vitale to take over Way too Early speaks volumes about this network. MSNBC needs to watch their viewership collapse.
It was more than 3 when talking about NBC as a whole. I think Rachel staying and saying what she is from their own chair to their own audience is a much more powerful & influential message than leaving. If she walked out with them people would just say she was disgruntled.
