NATIONAL REVIEW: “Not only has Trump not done more for NATO than anyone else in history, but he’s also currently the most likely threat to its continued unity… Trump sounds like an angry toddler throwing a tantrum.”
Tearing Apart NATO, over a Trinket | National Review
Trump’s diatribe in a text message to the Norwegian prime minister is unhinged, false, or bonkers in at least ten ways.

Federal agents are pulling over off duty cops based on the color of their skin.

This is not a serious operation to enforce immigration law. It’s a performative show of force and it’s gotten way out of hand.

Are we great yet?
This is the most astonishing graph of what the Trump regime has done to US science. They have destroyed the federal science workforce across the board. The negative impacts on Americans will be felt for generations, and the US might never be the same again.

ICE has gone so far that even the bro-casters are saying out loud what’s happening in Minneapolis is brutal and wrong. Too many in Congress need to catch up to where we are.

There is no both sides on state violence.

👀 Many recent incidents attributed to ICE are often actually done by Border Patrol: Greg Bovino’s sweeps of New Orleans and Chicago, agents rappelling down from helicopters into residential apartment complexes, and agents jumping out of the back of a U-Haul truck to detain suspects at a Home Depot.
I attended a Border Patrol recruitment event. By never saying “no,” I was corralled from standing near the recruitment table to having a completed application submitted on my behalf, and I received a tentative selection days later.

And the rest are willing to go along and support rapists because they are self-serving and amoral.

At the NY Times and other legacy media, Trump’s horribleness is always *at* the cliff, never *over* the cliff. He’s always “testing the boundaries,” not shattering the boundaries. NYT will say Trump is a “maximalist” (not a dictator) until the day the newsroom is shut down.
