News coming in of another slaughter by Russia in the Kharkiv town on Bohodukhiv.

Initially a pregnant woman was known to be injured, but in the last hour, bodies of 3 toddlers have been found in the ruins.

Two boys aged 1 and a girl, aged 2, died along with a man.

As I mentioned earlier, Russia is slowing down connection, not outright blocking the app, claiming TG is not abiding by Russian law. But as Durov says, it's unlikely to work.
