My latest story "Mama" is out today in this anthology In Too Deep. I've loved this song the moment I heard it on the Magnum P.I. episode Death & Taxes. Love for you all to read it.

Turning Bishop Rider into a graphic novel has been challenging. From getting better at pitching, better at searching for an artist, to actually turning Rider’s ongoing story into scripts, I realize I have loads more to learn. Will it happen? I hope so. Time will tell.

With the Super Bowl upon us, a LOT of grocery stories have major sales going on (B1G1, etc) so it's great time to help stock your local food pantry. It's cold and people are hungry. Let's get them fed.

Anybody like seeing the data? We've been open about a week now. Our response time is two days. We've had 208 submissions, and we've bought six stories. That puts our acceptance rate at 2.9%.

Worth stating, many of those stories were good reads--just not quite a match for us. It's been a fun week!

I loved this book!
My short noir novel, THE LOW WHITE PLAIN, in which in-love grifters hatch a fake kidnapping plot that gets out of hand during a once in a lifetime winter storm that ends up with a lot of occultist neo-Nazis and their political benefactors dying very badly is back in print today.
