We're taking on Reform.

Wow.

The Greens are not just SECOND in this poll.

They're now 3 points ahead of Labour - who are fourth.

Time for Labour to stand down to stop splitting the anti-Reform vote!

Latest poll puts Greens just two points behind Labour. When I said we weren't here to be disappointed in Labour but to replace them, I meant it.

Join us and let's make hope normal again.

It is very nearly the tenth anniversary of that brief moment when, for 2 or 3 days, British newspapers remembered refugees are desperate human beings who need our help, rather than scum that it's okay to threaten with violence.

Aside from the frothing racism of these people, what is really grim about this is the idea that government are powerless to change culture. If your constituents think these things *they are wrong* and you need to explain why. It's not actually your job as an MP to rubber stamp fascism.

Absolutely correct.
Powerfully shit news about River City, and my heart goes out to all my pals affected by it - continuing drama is part of the eco system that means we can make ‘high-impact drama series’, and I’m massively concerned about the short sightedness of decisions like these www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

On top of total capture of COP by the fossil fuel industry, we now have "Amazon forest felled to build road for climate summit."

At what point do we acknowledge what is now plainly obvious: that this is not the solution, but a big part of the problem, a coverup for BAU?

Also, it'd be nice if Starmer joined the Labour Party.

I was LX op on the original London production of GHD @oldvictheatre.bsky.social. Think there was a time when I had seen the production more than anyone else; which was fun to think about given the time-loop story.

Miss those days, the people and the place.

On a serious note, in order to make the case that “authoritarianism is worse” you have to exist in a democratic system where people who aren’t homeowners are allowed to win elections and aren’t hounded out of that system with hysterical accusations and slander when they try to engage in it.
My politics, too, are a symptom of having a strict and narrow-minded Tory dad I was never able to impress.
