I am not a constitutional scholar, but I feel like neutering the ability to apprehend was the whole point. The whole fourth amendment was a middle finger to governments acting like kings and breaking into your property.
Ron Johnson: "Why would they to remove their masks? Because they want these officers exposed, they want them afraid, they don't want to carry out their enforcement actions. They want judicial warrants, which would completely neuter ICE's ability to apprehend"

I have such an appreciation for winter olympians.

You like sprinting? Let’s add blades.
You like soccer? They added the knife feet & also clubs
You like gymnastic routines? Again, what about that but w/ KNIVES & on slippery ice?

These are all old sports yet every four years my mind is blown.

Truth. Before going off to sleep I have my patients visualize their favorite places. Once had a patient wake up thinking they were in their garden the whole time.
Reupping this because a colonoscopy is no big deal and anyone over 40 should be talking to their doctor about getting one.

Take care of yourselves, people.
The prep isn't nearly as bad as it used to be, the surgery is the best nap you'll ever have, and the first meal after is a religious experience.

Damn, Toad, I’m proud of you.
One morning Toad sat in bed. “I have many things to do,” he said. “I will write them all down on a list so that I can remember them.”

I do a decent amount of dental sedation on the side; they can actually create mild staining so your denture or implanted teeth look natural and not like a fluorescent light bulb.

Join my peace-making club, price is 18 googolplexes. I’ve never broken a treaty or had a divorce. Stop saying I can’t foster non-transactional relationships and give me 20 googolplex dollars. Thank you for your attention in this matter!

One of my favorite gimmicks is declaring an end to the war on something that is normalized and prevalent. More intimidating ads declaring we’re winning the war on shoestrings.
Not that facts matter here, but motherfucker, I can buy protein cupcakes at the gas station
I thought this was a joke but it’s an actual post from the White House: “we are ending the war on protein”

How about ending the war on the health of this country?

I am not an expert on police/community relations, but I’m pretty confident that it is a solid gain if police everywhere followed in line with this and served and protected their community from poorly-trained federal squads.
Philadelphia sheriff Rochelle Bilal:

“No law enforcement professional wears a mask…No law enforcement professional shoots at a moving vehicle.

“What Trump’s private army is doing…is not only against legal law, but moral law.”

Vows to arrest agents on site who commit crimes.

I was trying to come up with a joke about him forgetting about the boats that led to this country’s founding. If I keep thinking one may flower.
Trump talks about Denmark and Greenland just now: "The fact that they landed a boat there 500 years ago doesn't mean that they own the land."

This is not a healthcare plan. Healthcare providers expect insurance to pay less so they charge more, then charge the uninsured the same. You have to negotiate down yourself, it is not cheaper. For big bills it is way more expensive than having insurance.

The GOP have never had a healthcare plan.
BARTIROMO: What is the GOP's healthcare plan?

RICK SCOTT: Many times you can buy it way cheaper by just going directly to a doctor or a hospital or surgery center rather than going through the insurance product. Let them buy their own insurance.

US population (including newborns): 343,036,609 according to US Census estimate tracker.

135 billion/US population = average of 393.5 lbs lost for every living resident.

I know trump doesn’t get math but you’re on TV, man.
Oz: We thought it was 125 million pounds. Our estimate is Americans will lose 135 billion pounds by the midterms

Sometimes when the urologist asks for the table to raise up 6 inches but stops me before I stop the table, I tell them we disagree on what 6 inches is.
How do you know how far to reposition your patient!?

"Around 6 inches"?

"a smidge"?

Add “extensive experience with weapons of mass destruction” to my CV.

If you care about an unregulated drug market cutting items to make a profit, then work upstream. Fund addiction resources and fentanyl test strips. Shrink the demand and sales will slow.

NEW: For more than a century, a smelter spewed lead dust over Omaha.

For decades, the government cleaned it up.

But a shift in guidance from the Trump administration may stop thousands more from potential cleanup, exposing families to the harmful metal.

The EPA Was Considering a Massive Lead Cleanup in Omaha. Then Trump Shifted Guidance.
The Trump administration says it will speed cleanups, but residents of the largest residential lead Superfund site worry fewer properties will be remediated.

A reminder that earlier this year they fired a whole bunch of military lawyers, people who had the job of advising on the legality of military operations.

Senator Kelly is correct.

Plus a Public Service Announcement:

KEY section of Department of Defense's Law of War Manual is 18.3.2.1.

The VERY rule on the "requirement" to refuse illegal orders gives as its paradigmatic example of what is "clearly illegal:
"orders to fire upon the shipwrecked."

Hot take: airport attire evolved to the changing airport. TSA pat downs, removing shoes, cramped seats, waiting hours because of a delayed flight…these conditions favor the sweatpants & running shoes. Athletic/leisure wear was the natural progression with the changing environment.
Sean Duffy: "Dressing with respect -- whether it's a pair of jeans and a decent shirt, I would encourage people to maybe dress a little better which encourages us to maybe behave a little better. Let's try not to wear slippers and pajamas as we come to the airport."
