I'm at a loss for words to express how terrible this is.

One more path to strip people of their rights and personhood. This, w/ the EO on birthright c'ship. As ICE's budget gets steroids in the BBB. As the POTUS tours a new concentration camp in Florida.

I'm scared for so many people right now.
The White House has ordered the US Dept. of Justice to prioritize denaturalization: voiding the citizenship of US citizens.

Who will it denaturalize? "Any" case that it "determines to be sufficiently important".

Point 10 leaves the criteria opaque and arbitrary.

Solar’s price drop is astonishing: panels are now 98% cheaper than when I first analysed the cost of solar in 2004.

Today, building a fence with solar panels can be cheaper than using wood.

Incredible!

ERCOT (most of Texas) slashed its risk of inadequate generation from 16% to 0.48% in just one year

How?

10 GW of mostly solar and batteries were added.

Solar plus batteries can be built quickly and on budget. They often will solve reliability problems, not cause them.
#energysky
ERCOT's Kristi Hobbs told the ERCOT Board the risk of energy emergencies is much lower this summer. We've added about 10,000 megawatts in a year "most of it from solar and batteries, that puts us in a better position." Indeed. 16% chance last summer and 0.48% this summer.

The solar panels on your roof are pulling their weight during this heat wave! ☀️

At 3pm Monday afternoon, behind-the-meter solar generated 4.7 GW of power in New England. That was about 18% of total demand www.wbur.org/news/2025/06... @wbur.org
How rooftop solar is helping New England stay cool during the heat wave
At peak hours during this week's heat wave, solar panels on homes, businesses, parking lots and alongside roads are helping relieve stress on the electric grid.

I haven't personally contributed to a single Democratic campaign this year because I did not see any fight and not much leadership. I'm seeing it from Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ), who I first met in2007 and he was my undergrad commencement speaker.

He is a leader and he is standing up.
