The dismantling (demolishing) of USAID is one of the cruelest, unnecessary, and appalling things in our long sad history as a "Christan" nation (my ass!). Even if they cared nothing for the lives of the millions who will die (they don't) it was also bad financially and destroyed "soft power."

"Protecting" Nigerian Christians was a nakedly political move. If he wanted to save lives he could save 600,000 by reinstating USAID without firing a shot. This was not a Christian act, this was a play for Christian votes in the face of massive moral and ethical failure.

A third of Americans say they just love a politician who "speaks his mind" like this, which seems to illuminate a real weakness in the American educational system.
