An organic broccoli crown (just 1) was $8.99 this week. And I live in one of the states that actually grows it.

Things are going to get bad.
You know who knows if food is expensive? The parent who buys the same food every week or so for their kid and knows what it’s supposed to cost. Usually it’s the mom. Because how dare you, Welch’s Fruit Snacks? Y’all ain’t slick.

Why did I opt to make my food bank financial donation a recurring monthly gift?

Recurring gifts provide consistent and predictable income, allowing for better long-term planning, more efficient operations, and a more stable supply of food.
