5 years ago Donald Trump, and his supporters, on both sides of the isle, trashed 152 years of work to remedy the 14th Amendment's denial of equality to women in 1868.
Why are you all so surprised that he is repeating that behavior and expanding who is defined as a 2nd class citizen?

At the very least, Senate Democrats must use their leverage to disarm ICE, prohibit it from using racial or ethnic profiling, end arrest quotas, and remove agents’ immunity from criminal prosecution and civil lawsuits.

It has been more than 30 days since the Department of Justice was required by federal law to make all of the Epstein Files public. According to the DOJ’s own estimates, it has released less than 1% so far. The last time the Department of Justice released any documents was Dec. 23, 2025.
