Those claiming Dems should retreat on racial justice aren't hard-headed realists, they're pushing against the electoral tide rather than leaning into it. The story of Gen Z isn't about racist backlash or red-pilled young men. It's the most racially progressive generation in American history. 🧵

In light of current reminders about how powerful rich men exploit and assault young women under the safety and guise of various forms of “employment,“ just wanna give a shout out to NYT for this gem last week where we learned about how #metoo *actually* ended harming the workplace. 🙄

In this symposium on Syria contributors paint nuanced, grim, but clear-eyed pictures of multiple transitional challenges. Comparisons to other cases and situation in poli sci lit remind us Syria's not terribly unique. Amazingly, they all suggest ways through the obstacles.

It's easy to mock the French for seeming to want unlimited government spending. I've done it myself. But I sympathise with their anger: France is an underfunded social democracy crossed with an oligarchy. Me

So CBS as an outlet just copies and retypes reports from the Free Press? Yikes.
CBS News would never put a thinly sourced 'story' by a rookie blogger like this on it's air. Until now. The Free Press isn't a journalism outlet, it's bloggers aren't reporters. This piece is more NYPost than Tiffany Network but I guess that's the goal.

Straighten them out one by one, reminds me a lot of "zenga, zenga" (alleyway by alleyway).
Trump: "The ones that are run by radical left Democrats -- what they've done to San Francisco, Chicago, New York, Los Angeles. They're very unsafe places & we're gonna straighten them out one by one. This is gonna be a major part for some people in this room. That's a war too. It's war from within"
