I really enjoyed this game. It's not perfect (the camera...wtf) but I highly recommend if you like soulslikes. It is definitely the fastest combat (no stamina bars) of the genre and I actually loved that. One more playthrough for 100% but that will have to wait a bit.
Total nostalgia trip here. The enhanced version adds a number of quests so you are not just sailing back and forth. At times, the game was very janky, and the auto-fire upgrade never worked. I had my fun and will most likely get the rest of the achievements down the line.

This was one of the best showings Sony has had in years, and there were SO MANY fun games to write about!

Binding of Isaac - started up on the Vita because I never played, and this system needs more love
Diablo IV - Paragon 254; hoping the Lunar Awakening event speeds up leveling
Gears of War - finally started a co-op game with a friend
Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor - 100% through Sector 2

It's a difficult question to answer, which is why we've created this deep dive

I finished Sector 1 with all objectives. I have not used the other classes yet, but I will probably mix it up as I move forward.

I finished my first dive! It did take 2 dives to fully realize that this is not a twin-stick shooter. I actually went into the settings to see if there were control options and to figure out why my dwarf was flailing about when I tried using both sticks.

Seriously??? I definitely heard Bon Jovi's "Livin' on a Prayer" as I landed.

Peggle 2: Platinum trophy rocking my newborn to sleep.
Remant From the Ashes: Platinum trophy rocking my second child to sleep
Kirby and the Forgotten Land: first game that I played and finished in co-op (not fake controller co-op) with my daughter

I know a lot of us are tired of talking about AI, but if you know me, trust me to make good use of the time it will take to check this out
I hope it helps 🙏💙

You can pause??? Technically, this is my fault. I assumed, with all the souls/soulslikes I have played, that the menu was something you browsed when there was not even a chance the wind could knock you off a platform. Not only that, but you can swap items and spells.

I legit said, "hmmm, no achievement?" after defeating a boss (all the bosses so far had achievements), and I put my controller down. There was no achievement because there were TWO HEALTH BARS. This is now a tomorrow problem.

The best defense is bunny ears? Also, FFVI has taught me not to attack that guy when he's in his shell.

I finished the nightmare that is Blighttown, errr Twilight Hill. This is actually the first area in the game that had me backtracking often because I lost my way. Falling was not cool, nor was falling into poison. The boss at the end was a bit of a challenge/surprise.
