Hello new friends!

For those who don't know me: I'm a literary agent at @bradfordagents.bsky.social, repping adult/YA SFF & romance. I currently have 8 incredible clients and am horribly late on queries looking for more.

You can find my MSWL here or on my website, and I'll post here with updates.

i’m sick of the shit from josh shapiro and other jewish politicians who are like, yeah, they’re only nazis if they’re from germany and using trains to send people to the camps, otherwise they’re sparkling white supremacist fascists

“never again” doesn’t just mean “to us” it means never again. now.

Toolkit: how we dealt with Border Patrol
In November 2025, Border Patrol announced it would be coming to Charlotte, North Carolina. We only had a few days’ notice. Just like in Chicago and Los Angeles, they weren’t coming to “keep the peace....

If you're calling @schumer.senate.gov or @kirstengillibrand.bsky.social , try their Long Island offices. Got through on the first try and staff were responsive! No commitments from either one, which I expressed was unacceptable, so keep calling!

Out of curiosity, is there a consensus/plan of how to ensure deaf people know ICE is around? Whistles and loud noises obviously won’t work. I’d just like to be prepared.

Excuses mean very little, so let me just say: I know I'm behind on queries, but I am making it a priority for the rest of the month, so please bear with me! Once I catch up, I can open again.

Join me at @bklynbooksbooze.bsky.social on February 7! So many amazing people and books - and if you want to come talk to me or any of the other agents, you can sign up here: forms.gle/ZYZoT9bnwgkC...

Please remember: you do not have to search to find how to query me. I accept queries through QM. I am not open often due to balance and client work, but I do open. If you email me (especially at my dayjob for which I am a lawyer), your query will be deleted and not considered.

It's December, and I don't anticipate any more publications this year. So, here is my 2025 awards eligibility post.

In a year of so many standout works, I'd be extremely honored should you consider either of these in your awards reading and nominating.

This news has been agony to keep a secret, and finally getting to share it doesn’t feel even remotely real! I couldn’t be more excited to be working with Priyanka and the team at @avonbooks, nor could any of this have been possible without @rlmatte_litagent picking *my* work to represent out of all the options in her inbox.More than a decade ago, I bought an enormous, hideous coffee mug with the phrase “Don’t quit your daydream” scrawled across it, a spiritual cousin to the much beloathed “Live, Laugh, Love” motivational message. I use it almost every day. I have a little laugh to myself about how I’m following its advice almost every day.Turns out, it was pretty good advice.Don’t quit your daydreams, y’all. If you’re lucky, sometimes they come true.

I was at the the No Kings march in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Many elderly or disabled folks who couldn’t make it to Manhattan, but also young families and people of all ages. I stood in the same spot for more than an hour and the stream of protesters was constant. Amazing turnout.

New update #amquerying: I am at 443 queries, so pretty close to 500! I am excited to start reading!

On another note: I promise, if you have a typo or accidentally don't update your personalization, it will not be disqualifying. I was a querying author, I get it!
Just an update to #amquerying: I have 102 queries already! Wow, you all amaze me with your creativity and enthusiasm!

Reminder #amquerying: I open to queries at midnight tonight (in 45 minutes)! I'll stay open until I reach 500, to maintain a bit of sanity and ensure that I can get back to people in a reasonable time.

My goal is to keep opening quarterly, so please don't stress about missing out or bad timing.
Heads up #amquerying: I will be open to queries from *October 12-19*, or until I reach 500 queries.

I am just about through the 500 queries I received in June - it has taken me 4 months due to health, working 3-3.5 jobs and making sure I have some balance remaining.

Thanks for understanding!
In advance of reopening to queries on *June 13* to marginalized creators, I have updated my Manuscript Wishlist on my website.

Most of my wishlist remains perennially true, but I wanted to pull out some things I'm especially excited to see right now:
