The services and care for people who use substances have to be protected and expanded!!! This province is aligning with the national trend to criminalize and disappear substance users into forced 'treatment' or jail or death.

<p>Medical sources in Gaza are reporting that Israeli forces on Saturday have killed at least 64 people in the last 24 hours across the besieged enclave.</p>
<p>Early on Saturday, doctors reported that Israeli strikes injured more than 20 children in Khan Younis.</p>
<p>Israeli forces also fired artillery shells towards the eastern part of Gaza and the city of Rafah in southern Gaza. </p>

I don't believe this has anything to do with the safety or care for these people, but everything to do w/ the amount of attn & backlash the gov is getting from these kidnapping/human trafficking (deportations) cases & trying to quell mass dissent & outrage. Pls see past this decision. Stay critical.
It's really extraordinary to get a 1 a.m. order from the U.S. Supreme Court on litigation that didn't even exist until 8 hours ago.

If city council/planners actually planned for affordability, they’d ban mansions, not apartments. They’d have lot size maximums, not lot size minimums. They’d have higher fees per sq ft of mansion, not apartments. They’d charge the rich in mansions more, not everyone else in apartments.

A Councillor saying “I heard from hundreds of residents that were against this purchase. No one reached out in favour of this purchase,” and then vote to buy the cops their tank anyway gives one a comforting reassurance that Council is pretty much unchanging, regardless who fills the chairs.
