The UK Government have taken a massive majority and continuously failed to take any positive actions for the benefit of UK society. Alienating all areas of the electorate in such a short time takes an epic amount of idiocy.

Introducing my new Share the Road Score (SRS) equation.

Can be used to calculate taxes, fees, and fines proportionally.

SRS = (Vehicle Weight ÷ Human Weight) × (Road Space ÷ Human Size)

Fed up with pavement parking?

We're supporting @livingstreets.bsky.social to show where pavements are used as car parks to the detriment of all who walk/wheel.

Go & take photos (make sure you cover over reg numbers) & upload them to the Living Streets map: lnkd.in/ekEmPn3q

#TCRNo11 Victor Bosoni is the first rider to complete. The field is still spread out across Europe, an amazing endeavour for all participants. VB stats are epic, taking 10days, 16hours and 46minutes, the average moving speed was 26.66km/h over 4835km of mixed terrain. Chapeau! is an understatement.

Following the dots on the Transcontinental Continental Race No.11 😳
Nearly 5000kms over 10 days and who wins rests on a bridge that can’t be crossed and a ferry that may not run. Incredible

My first trip to Portugal in May for a week of cycling off road was amazing. After higher than expected rainfall the trails and hills were full of wild flowers. So well organised by Paradise cycling tours too.

Some images from 200km of the Old Chalk Way, UK, a mainly off road cycle route following the chalk ridge from Lyme Regis, Dorset to Holme-next-the-Sea, Norfolk. One day of drizzle and mist and another of sun and epic skies on the way to Avebury.

🧑‍💻 For those of you who haven't, help make that call even stronger by taking the action today: bit.ly/44pO9D4
Say YES to a traffic-free Oxford Street, but demand decent cycleways in the West End
Take our 1-minute action on Oxford Street! YES we want a traffic-free Oxford Street – but what about cycling?! Mayor & Westminster need to be bold and build cycleways north & south of Oxford Street

This month I took a trip to Lausanne from the UK, by train. Should be unremarkable, except for the ease, punctuality and integration of Swiss trains. Awesome.

A quick post for #bikesky this image is of my commuting bike on a bridge over the canal in Leicestershire, Uk. I ride to work around 200 times a year, around 10km each way. This is one of the nicer parts of the route after I have left the city and traffic behind.

This. enough people feel its 'their' bit of road already. It really needs to be dealt with properly. Everyone should be charged to store their car on the public roads to start with. Fee could pay towards all the broken pavements.
Um, no.
The space in the road in front of your property is not yours. But thanks for creating a trip hazard.
