Why didn't any local police officer arrest the murderer who emptied an entire clip into an unarmed, defenseless man on the ground?
He died because he stepped forward instead of away, because he put himself between human beings and monsters who wanted to hurt them, because he did the thing we teach, the thing we praise, the thing we raise our children to believe still matters.

1/ICE, contrary to longstanding 4th Amendment jurisprudence, now says it can enter people’s homes without a judicial warrant; an administrative warrant suffices. That's a form signed by a gov't employee who can be fired if they displease the president. It’s not difficult to see the problem here.

Put an excise tax on the excessive profits that CC companies get by gouging consumers. Could lead to actual competition with lower rates.
