I was on a school tour in Rome, and me and a friend spotted one of the actors from Modern Family in the same square.
He had this look of "oh god, I've been spotted" and we just proceeded not to bother him at all

I can attest to this being the norm with the HSE. I don't know a single trans person who trusts the NGS. And from what I hear, plans are to make it even worse.
